Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be entitled to use any data you upload.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the Service unlawfully or to store unlawful content.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Don’t upload personal data of others without a lawful basis to do so.
Your content
Your stock, customers, orders and catalogues remain yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. You can export your data at any time.
Plans, trials and payment
We offer a 30-day free trial and paid plans as described on our Pricing page. After the trial, your account becomes read-only until you subscribe — you can always view and export your data.
Subscriptions are sold and processed by Freemius, Inc., acting as our Merchant of Record. This means Freemius is the seller of record for your purchase, collects payment, and handles applicable sales tax/VAT. Your purchase is therefore also subject to the Freemius Terms of Service. Paid fees are billed in advance; refunds are handled in line with Freemius’s buyer policy and applicable law. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We recommend keeping your own exports as a backup.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
